Accessibility
Where can I find information on accessibility at the festival?
Click here - to view our accessibility information for 2024.
Are venues accessible?
We want our festival to be inclusive and welcoming for everyone! While we endeavour to make all venues accessible, this isn’t always possible. Please look for the accessibility symbol in our program when choosing which show you would like to see. You can also contact the team to discuss any concerns or any special requirements you may have. We’re here to help and make your NAFA experience the best one.
For more information please contact the team (07) 4417 5127 or email enquiries@nafa-tsv.com.au.
Is there accessible parking at Strand Park?
Yes there is! A Site Map will be uploaded before the Festival begins showing parking, toilets, food and venues. Please head here to see further details.
Companion Card
If you have a disability and a lifelong need for 'attendant care support' in order to participate in community activities and attend venues, the Companion Card can help you with the costs of getting out and about with the support of a companion.
When purchasing your Adult or Concession Ticket, the option for a Companion Card will be shown. Please select this additional ticket for your companion.
Please ensure your bring you companion card to gain access to the show.
