Accessibility
Are the Strand Park venues accessible?
Yes, NAFA venues onsite at Strand Park are accessible, but please keep in mind that some performances will be held on grass which may be uneven and unpathed.
If you require an accessible seat or assistance, please ensure you email the team at tickets@nafa-tsv.com.au after you have purchased your tickets. Some venues require the movement of chairs, so letting the team know beforehand allows us to ensure everything is sorted for your arrival.
Please note: Booth seating in shows are not wheelchair accessible. The staff on site will make all efforts to seat people with mobility issues - please let box office or front of house staff know when you arrive so they can liaise with the staff and we will work out the best solution for your individual needs.
Are venues accessible?
We want our festival to be inclusive and welcoming for everyone! While we endeavour to make all venues accessible, this isn’t always possible. Please look for the accessibility symbol in our program when choosing which show you would like to see. You can also contact the team to discuss any concerns or any special requirements you may have. We’re here to help and make your NAFA experience the best one.
For more information please contact the team (07) 4417 5127 or email enquiries@nafa-tsv.com.au.
Is there accessible parking at Strand Park?
Yes there is! A Site Map will be uploaded before the Festival begins showing parking, toilets, food and venues. Please head here to see further details.
