Jayne Arlett is one of Townsville’s most prominent businesswomen having built her group of businesses in allied health and retail to a $10million turnover, before selling to a multinational company.
Dr Jo Lukins is described as a Psychological Indiana Jones and through her work assists motivated people to develop high performance thinking, without the BS. In a career that has seen her consult to elite athletes, businesses and leaders, she has developed the art of taking complex ideas and explaining them in simple and relatable ways. She is motivated by moving people from good to great.
Debbie Rains is the CEO of Travel Associates Townsville, Mackay & Rockhampton. She is a former Chair of the Townsville Chamber of Commerce and an experienced Board Director. Debbie’s ability to pivot and adapt her businesses through COVID which hit the travel industry particularly hard is a testament to her business skills and tenacity.
