The First Nation Book Awards is an opportunity to capture the rich cultures, intellect, and literary heritage of First Nations peoples in the Greater Pacific Region. It is also a great excuse for First Nations peoples to meet at a celebratory Festival, the North Australian Festival of Arts in 2022.
We acknowledge all First Nations Peoples as the Traditional Owners of the land. We pay our respects to their cultures, their ancestors and their Elders, past and present - and all future generations.
